Abstract: This paper first introduces the history and development of the videoconference.then the related technologies
of it are analyzed and compared. Based on the present demand of land and resources administration and informatization,this
paper explainas the necessity of constructing land and resources videoconference system ,focusing on the design and advanced techniques of this system. The significance of constructing the videoconference system is explained in the last section of the paper.
